Exterior Front and Back

Ø  Remove vehicles from the driveway

Ø  Clean up the yard

Ø  Remove clutter (toys, balls, yard games, scrap)

Ø  Put up water hoses

Ø  Clean porch and deck

 Family Room Spaces

Ø  Declutter area

Ø  Large vases or floral arrangements will appear larger in photos

Ø  Remove any wires hanging from TVs and stereos

Ø  Remove rugs including the bathroom

Ø  Arrange furniture to emphasize open areas

Bathrooms

Ø  Clear counters this includes soap trays and towels. Remove items such as shampoo and wash clothes. Don’t forget to remove rugs and toilet brushes.

Kitchen and Dining Room

Ø  Clear the table and cabinets. Step back a few feet and look at the whole area to see what stands out.
Remove child seats

Ø  Minimize small appliances to show counter space.

Ø  Clean off the fridge

Ø  Remove trash cans

Ø  Remove dishes and soap dispensers

Bedrooms

Ø  Make the beds nicely

Ø  Remove any wires hanging from TVs and stereos

Ø  Clean off bedside tables

Ø  Clean under the bed and night stands

Entire House

Ø  Replace any burned out blubs and when possible match the color of fixture bulbs.  Mis-matches really shows up during photography because we like to use natural light.
